Yes — we regularly collect from IKEA Wembley, IKEA Greenwich, Argos, Furniture Village, John Lewis, Wayfair third-party collections, and many other retailers and warehouses across London. You will need to have your order ready for collection and provide us with the collection address, any order reference numbers, and the available collection window. We will take care of loading, transportation, and delivery to your property. For large retailer collections involving multiple flat-pack boxes, call us on 07346595376 so we can ensure we send the right vehicle.
Do you deliver mattresses upstairs?
Yes — upstairs mattress delivery is one of our most common requests. We carry mattresses of all sizes, including super king, to any floor of your property — including upper-floor flats accessed by stairs or lift. We protect your mattress with covers during transit and take care not to mark walls or banisters during delivery. If you have a particularly tight staircase or narrow landing, let us know at the time of booking so we can assess the best approach, and in some cases we may advise on whether the mattress can be bent or needs to be taken through a window.
Can you remove my old furniture when delivering new?
Yes, this is a popular add-on service. When we deliver your new furniture, we can take your old sofa, bed, wardrobe, or other items away at the same time, saving you the hassle of arranging a separate collection. Old items are responsibly disposed of — we assess each piece for donation or recycling potential before considering landfill. There is an additional charge for old furniture removal, which we will quote for alongside your delivery when you book.
